On the Präsura alp, the finest alpine cheese is produced by hand from untreated alpine milk using traditional methods. On the hike to the alp you will learn many interesting facts about alpine life in Val Müstair and the cheesemaker will be happy to show you the old craft. After a meal on the alpine pastures, you head back down into the valley.
