Description

In this beginner's course, participants learn how to plan and enjoy their snowshoe tours in a safe and environmentally friendly way. This course includes basic avalanche knowledge, avalanche transceiver training, tips for tour planning, behavior in the terrain and consideration for wildlife.

Start and finish: valley station ski area Minschuns
(Tip: free arrival and return with local sportsbus)
Registration: Until 5.00 pm the evening before 
Equipment: Winter-suitable clothing, high winter boots, provisions, snowshoes, ski touring poles, avalanche equipment (avalanche transceiver, probe, shovel). Touring material can be rented if needed.

Meeting point

Minschuns ski area valley station at 9.20 am (arrival with free sportsbus).

To obtain the service, print out the booking confirmation or hand it digitally to the guide on site. If the tour does not take place, you will be contacted by the Val Müstair Guest Information by 5.00 pm the evening before. The ticket price will then be refunded automatically.
