Do you feel like getting on the track of cross-country skiing? Or would you like to improve your cross-country technique once again? Then leave your everyday life far behind and come to Val Müstair for a few days.
Whether skating or classic, beginner or advanced - we will support you in learning a good technique, the right choice of steps and equip you with the right material. When I do choose which step? I'm doing a proper stick insert? Is my movement sequence correct? How can I improve? It is worthwhile to be accompanied when starting cross-country skiing.
On the first day of the course we will introduce you to the basics of cross-country skiing technique. If you already have experience, we will review your technique together and hone it. The second day is exclusively for you! Use it to implement and consolidate what you have learned, to get into your rhythm and to discover the cross-country skiing area. On the third day we meet again and check your progress, deepen what you have learned and give you valuable tips along the way.
