The dining area is in the living room with a beautiful view of Tschierv. In the flat there is a complete bathroom (tub/shower) and a separate WC with shower.
2 of the 3 bedrooms are double rooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The 3rd bedroom is a single room. There is a washing machine in the bathroom/WC.
The flat has an outside parking space as well as the use of a ski cellar or bicycle storage and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house has a new lift and a spacious hallway.
